SHIPPING INFORMATION
Deliveries will only be made once payment has been received and Authorized orders placed before 5pm will be dispatched that day.
OVERNIGHT SHIPPING AVAILABLE
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Standard Airmail – ($30) – This method is selected at the customers risk and is not trackable and none recorded so will not need to be signed for on arrival.
This method is NOT insured so will NOT qualify for a free reship should it not arrive. Estimated delivery time is 3 – 4 days.
International Recorded Delivery – ($50) – This service is fully trackable in your country. This method will need to be signed for on arrival and generally takes between 3-7 days to arrive depending on your location.
Please note that https://binoidchem.com do not provide these delivery times, these are estimated delivery times provided by the mail service and any late arrivals are to be taken up with the mail service themselves.
Any orders that have had a delivery attempted but no one is home to sign for, they will be taken to your nearest sorting office and you will be left a delivery attempted note which you should take with you to collect the package .
In case of any damaged package during shipment, we do replacement and reship or full refund as per customer request.
